Parkwood Healthcare Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community. Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
• Have a heart to help seniors, and an understanding that housekeepers are the front line defense to keep residents safe and healthy and so taking the duties serious and being thorough in cleaning and disinfecting rooms and common areas.
• Have amazing customer service and hospitality skills.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months professional experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
