Job Description
An Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic located in New Albany, Indiana is seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the responsibility of a Medical Receptionist. Alongside office administration responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist the PT's with patient care, such as carrying heat/cold packs to the PTs, maintaining therapy equipment and ensuring a clean, neat clinic environment. The employee for this position will work two days a week.
Qualifications
- Must have 1+ years' experience in a medical office environment as a Receptionist.
- Cleaning the general area after patient is released including laundry and other duties assigned by Physical Therapist.
- Proficient in Word & Excel.
- Ideally will have previous experience with Medical Manager, Medisoft or some other medical software.
- Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service are key.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Conduct post offer pre-employment screening
