Guest Service Rep- PRN

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate or GED. College preferred.
• 3 years of customer service preferred.
• Healthcare experience would be beneficial.
• Knowledgeable in computer programs preferred. (ex. Publisher and Power Point)
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively as a member of a team.
• Ability to maintain composure in a busy working environment.
