As a Food Service Worker, you will be part of the Food & Nutrition department supporting the cafeteria operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to cleanliness, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Food Service Worker
Location: Mount Vernon, IL
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Assist in the setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables.
Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations to maintain a safe food preparation environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient food service operations.
Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure compliance with standards.
Support additional tasks as needed to enhance the overall dining experience.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
