You can find out more by visiting our website, www.shanercorp.com!**JOB DESCRIPTION** - Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.- Other duties as assigned.**Responsibilities**Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.**Qualifications** - High school graduate or equivalent.- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.- Computer experience preferred.- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.To view the full job description, [click here](
