Looking for Tree Cutter and Gutter Cleaner

Looking for Tree Cutter and Gutter Cleaner (Saint Paul) compensation: Open to discussion based on evaluating the properties Hello and thanks for reading my posting. I'm a landlord with multiple properties who is looking for both a tree cutter and a cutter cleaner. Ideally the person could do both, but it's not a requirement. The gutters on two of the places are high (top of the second story building), so an average latter most likely wouldn't work. The tree are also relatively big trees and they are near houses as the units are located in St. Paul. In both gigs, I'm looking for a seasoned professional as neither of these projects are walks in the park.
