Trash Valet Business - Partner Opportunity compensation: $$$$ Trash Valet Business - Partner Opportunity I sold my trash valet company for $600,000 in 2018 and getting ready to relaunch a new company. I started the business back in 2013 with my girlfriend and made enough income to build a mansion overseas in Haiti. Need a male or female business partner to assist with capturing properties. This is how Trash Valet Works: 1. Contact a property management or Corporation of multi family units to offer the service. 2. Provide a Quote for 5 days or 7 days a week service 3. Tenants usually pay $12.00-$30.00 per month for the trash valet service. Property management includes the bill on their monthly lease of the apartment and pays us each month from the 1st to 5th of the month. Example: 1. Multifamily Property has 400 occupied tenants, each month we contact the property manager to find out how many units are occupied or empty. Then we create an invoice for them to arrange payment. 2. Each tenant pays $25.000 per month for trash valet service, that's $25.00 x 400 = $10,000 per month 3. Property management usually asks for 25% of the profit from us... we remain with $7,500.00. 4. $7,500.00 x 20 new contracts with apartment communities = $150,000 per month. Our expenses is paying employees a weekly salary, usually $600-$700 per week, usually 2 employees per week to service a community. With my experience, I know how to successfully run the business and sell the company in 3-5 years. The most expensive thing is purchasing waste bins, which I have a supplier in China.
