The ideal candidate will have strong experience working the flat top grill, saute station, fryer, salad station, oven, and brunch service. We're looking for someone who is punctual, dependable, a strong communicator, and above all, a team player. Key Responsibilities: Execute consistent and high-quality dishes during service across multiple stations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams Assist with prep and closing duties as needed Adapt to a dynamic menu and contribute to creative specials when appropriate Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience, especially with flat top, saute, fryer, oven, salads, and brunch service Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and a genuine love for the culinary craft Dependability and punctuality are a must Why Join Us?
