un Housekeeper ($40-45/hour) compensation: $40-$45/hr Overview: We are a busy, dynamic family looking for a reliable and professional House Cleaner/Housekeeper to maintain our home environment every Monday - Thursday. The ideal candidate is dedicated, kind and caring, fluent in conversational English, and possesses a strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence in all they do. Position Type: Part-Time 4 days a week (Monday - Thurs) Working Hours: 7AM - 1PM, with flexibility on the backend for days where there is extra work Location: Corona Heights, San Francisco Responsibilities: Cleaning Duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks Clean the kitchen area, including washing dishes, counters, and appliances Cleaning window and dusting stairs Empty trash cans and recycling bins Basic cleaning and upkeep of backyard Perform deep-cleaning tasks as needed, including seasonal tasks or special cleaning projects Child and Pet Care: Must be comfortable around children and dogs; Occasional basic child care may be required Must be comfortable and able to complete a daily 30-minute walk with dog Cooking and Meal Preparation: Daily smoothie and juice prep will be required Some fluency in light meal prep Household Management: Restocking household items as necessary Basic organization tasks including sorting mail, arranging objects, and decluttering Requirements: Qualifications: Fluent in conversational English Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for running errands Previous experience in a similar role Skills: Comfortable performing both light and deep cleaning tasks Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Personal Traits: Must be punctual and dependable Honest and trustworthy Professional demeanor Comfortable in a family setting and good with dogs and children Compensation: $40-45/hour; Competitive hourly rate based on experience Mileage reimbursement for errands Holiday cash bonus based on performance How to Apply: Interested candidates should send a short paragraph about themselves and their work experience.
