Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize facility areas including labs, offices, restrooms, and common areas. Follow cleaning protocols and procedures in accordance with industry standards. Manage waste disposal, recycling, and ensure the proper handling of hazardous materials. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and mops. Assist with floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing floors as needed. Address any maintenance issues related to cleanliness promptly. Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas as necessary. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and other personnel. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial or custodial positions. Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning procedures. Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
