Responsible for ensuring all china and glassware is cleaned efficiently and promptly providing all facts of the dining venue available stock of silver and dish ware on a continual basis. Assigned to different workstations daily in different venues. Attention to even the smallest detail given to all food prep areas and equipment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Minimum one year experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
