About Us:

American Bar is a vibrant, hospitality-driven restaurant committed to excellence in food, service, and team culture. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team and support our kitchens operations.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand as needed

• Keep dish area organized, clean, and sanitary throughout the shift

• Take out kitchen garbage and recycling, and clean trash receptacles

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and work surfaces in dish area

• Assist with other cleaning duties as assigned by kitchen staff or manager

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
