As the Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, menu development, food preparation, and team supervision. This role requires a hands-on culinary leader who can help drive quality, creativity, and efficiency in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing food and labor costs

• Support menu planning, development, and execution

• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure food quality and consistency

• Lead and produce catering events

• Implement new culinary programs in partnership with the companys culinary and marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant culinary certification

• Proven experience in culinary or kitchen management (level may vary with education)

• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations

• Strong background in catering and batch cooking

• Knowledge of food trends, cost control, sanitation, and presentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard computer programs

• ServSafe certification preferred

• Willingness to engage in guest/patient satisfaction initiatives
