Groundskeeper

Our client, a community-focused organization, is seeking a Groundskeeper to join their team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the upkeep of common areas in a mobile home park. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Groundskeeper

Location: Dunedin, FL

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform general maintenance for common areas to assist with keeping the community clean.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and other surfaces as needed.
• Manage weed control and landscaping to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Ensure common areas are clean and organized on a daily basis.
• Utilize a cart to efficiently navigate and service various areas of the property.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
