We're Kings of Kobe, a bold American restaurant specializing in Wagyu steaks and burgers, and we're looking for experienced Bartenders/Servers ready to bring energy, charisma, and sharp service skills to our dynamic team.

If you're part showman, part service pro, and part car salesman (yes, really), keep reading.

Prefer candidates willing to work both FOH roles (Bartender & Server). Were building a lean, high-performing team versatility is key.

What We're Looking For:

* 4+ years of experience in full-service restaurants, with at least 1 year in fine dining

* Strong, captivating personality that can command a table and drive sales

* Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments

* Wine, spirits, beer, and cocktail knowledge that goes beyond the basics

* A team-first mentality no task is beneath you, and every guest is everyones guest

* Excellent communicator with confidence, warmth, and professionalism

* Proficient in Toast POS and organized under pressure

* Open to giving and receiving feedback we grow together

Bonus Points For:

* Experience in both bartending and serving

* Some management experience

Availability for full-time work across lunch, dinner, brunch, weekdays, and weekends
