Food Truck Line Cook

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing excellent service.
Assist with setting up and closing down the food truck, including cleaning and restocking.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Prior experience as a chef or cook is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a small, confined space and handle the physical demands of the job.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
