Custodian

We are looking for a Custodian to join our Farris team in Brecksville! As a Custodian you will perform routine cleaning tasks for two buildings that include office spaces, restrooms, and any other common areas, along with warehouse & production building. Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Your Challenge:

• Cleaning and Maintaining Floors: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing floors.

• Restroom Sanitation: Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking restrooms with supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

• Trash and Recycling Removal: Emptying trash cans and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.

• General Cleaning: Dusting, polishing furniture, washing windows, and cleaning mirrors and surfaces.

• Following Procedures: Adhering to safety procedures, cleaning guidelines, and company policies.

Your Expertise:

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good organizational skills.
