THE JOB:

As a Bartender, you'll bring energy, expertise, and exceptional service to every guest interaction. With strong knowledge of our menu, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings, you'll craft drinks and unforgettable experiences. Your warm welcome and attention to detail help create WOW moments guests will remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.1495/hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed

• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order, including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar

• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and nonalcoholic selections available

• Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork

• Provide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending

• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Over two years of relevant experience in the field
