What You'll Do
As a Digital Print Production Team Member, you'll:
Operate flatbed and roll-to-roll printers to produce large-format materials like banners, posters, signs, and specialty items
Work with substrates like vinyl, foam board, canvas, and Coroplast
Handle finishing tasks: cutting, laminating, mounting, and grommeting
Maintain high-quality control throughout every project
Help with inventory, packaging, and cross-team collaboration
Troubleshoot and clean equipment, keeping machines and workspaces in top shape
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Some print shop or production experience preferred (not required well train!)
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing on your feet, and working in a hands-on environment
Able to read work orders, follow measurements, and multitask under deadlines
Reliable, respectful, and team-minded we work together and support one another
Fast learner with a proactive mindset and a strong attention to detail
