About the Role:**
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our small, fast-paced office. This part-time position offers a variety of responsibilities including clerical work, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, printing marketing materials, managing social media posts, and other general office duties as needed.
You'll be part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes to keeping the workflow running smoothly and efficiently. For the right candidate, this role could grow into a full-time opportunity.
**Schedule:**
- Part-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM -- 1:00 PM
- Flexible start/end times available for the right candidate
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform data entry and general clerical tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Print and assemble brochures and other materials
- Create and schedule basic social media posts
- Assist with other administrative duties to support the team
**What We're Looking For:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Experience with Canva and basic Adobe tools (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop or InDesign a plus)
- Solid phone etiquette and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and a team player with good common sense
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software---most of your work will be done digitally
