Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Doorperson located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Lead Doorperson will be responsible for managing the front entrance, assisting guests with luggage, opening doors, and coordinating valet services. They will also oversee the door staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and report any security concerns to management. Experience as security guard, bouncer, or valet attendant a huge plus.

Qualifications

Customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Experience in hospitality or a luxury service environment
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Knowledge of valet services and door staff operations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certifications in hospitality or security a plus
