Free Room & Board in Exchange for Housekeeping for Older Gentleman

Free room and board in exchange for cooking and cleaning for older gentlemen. Duties are roughly 3-4 hrs. per day so possibility for other part-time employment. Meals, shopping, laundry, and general house upkeep with potential for small wage. Furnished or unfurnished room available.

The home is in Pemberton BC on a private 5-acre lot, surrounded by farm fields and beautiful snow topped mountains. Access to swimming pool and covered hot tub. Pet friendly and option to create your own private garden space if that interests you. Fireplace with firewood provided for winter months. Lots of opportunity here for the right person.

This is a large family home with 5+ bedrooms and family visits during the summer months are common so must be okay with the flow of people visiting. Some of the rooms are rented intermittently and during the winter months but is currently just the homeowner on site. The place is well ventilated, but be aware the homeowner does smoke mainly in the kitchen and his bedroom.
