PARKING FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PORTER

Full-Time Position

4 Locations in Bellevue Area

Must have own transportation

$25 PER HOUR

Responsibilities and Duties: this is a maintenance position.

Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc. of parking garage and surface lots)

+ Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality

+ Courteous and friendly

+ Able to communicate effectively

+ Able to stand for long periods of time

+ Able to drive a golf cart and have a valid DL

Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:

+ 1 year of Customer Service & cleaning experience is preferred

+ High School education or equivalent

+ Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language

+ Must have valid DL

+ Must have a vehicle to drive to locations.
