We are seeking an Meeting/Events Coordinator to support a dynamic and growing organization known for fostering connection and collaboration among its teams. As the company continues to embrace flexible and distributed ways of working, this role will help guide leaders in planning impactful in-person and hybrid gatherings. The coordinator will leverage a structured event framework to streamline planning, ensuring seamless execution while allowing for customization within established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Internal Gatherings Manager to understand business strategies and event framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Workplace Management, Corporate Real Estate, Building Operations) to support internal team gatherings.
Conduct intake meetings with team leaders to capture event details such as size, location preferences, and customization options.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Administrative Assistants, Travel & Expense, Workplace Team) to manage event logistics, including agenda planning, space needs, meals, activities, and SWAG.
Track and manage event budgets, ensuring financial guidelines are met.
Maintain and update attendee-facing applications to provide event information and updates.
Facilitate the transition of event logistics to the Workplace Team as the gathering date approaches to ensure smooth on-site execution.
Serve as a resource for gathering hosts, providing guidance on processes, offerings, roles, responsibilities, and budget considerations.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
Proven track record of customer service and problem-solving in client-facing roles.
Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and contribute to collective success.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $32-$36.50 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
