Job Description
Role: Client Center Receptionist
Client: Leading Big 4 Firm
Hourly Pay: $21$23
Assignment Type: Contract
Duration: 4 months (with potential for extension)
Position Overview:
As a Client Center Receptionist, you are the face of the organization, providing a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every guest. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees by delivering outstanding front-line service and supporting the operational flow of the Client Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception & Hospitality
Greet and welcome all guests throughout the day with professionalism and warmth
Escort visitors to meeting rooms or event spaces and offer coat check and bag storage services
Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a comfortable and exceptional experience
Event & Meeting Coordination
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including catering, AV, facilities, events, and security, to ensure flawless execution of meetings and events
Learn and utilize the EMS reservation system to monitor event schedules and room assignments
Understand meeting room capabilities and available services to assist with client inquiries and event needs
Administrative Support
Manage incoming calls and messages for event planners
Update meeting reservations and coordinate logistical changes as needed
Submit facility service requests and track resolution
Receive and log packages, maintain a tidy business center, and monitor inventory levels
Operational Flexibility
Provide support during early morning or evening events as needed
Assist planners with light data entry and general event coordination tasks
Build familiarity with frequent guests and internal clients to offer personalized service
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working collaboratively with various teams and handling sensitive client interactions
Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or event coordination is a plus
