Training and Event Coordinator, UBS Wealth Advice Center

Your role
Are you highly organized and detailed oriented? Do you have experience managing calendars and coordinating events? If yes, we are looking for someone like you to lead the coordination efforts for our employee engagement and training initiatives across our business.
You will:
- own and organize a centralized calendar for the Wealth Advice Center
- schedule and manage training sessions, including coordination of external vendors, participant registrations, and room bookings
- schedule and organize events in collaboration with Wealth Advice Center leadership, as well as, internal and external UBS partners
- support and coordinate logistics for employee engagement activities, such as team building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs
- provide administrative support to the talent and development team, which may include organizing recruiting events, scheduling interviews, and messaging potential candidates
- coordinate internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, intranet updates, and employee surveys
Detailed salary information:
- New Jersey: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $77000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
You have:
- a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
You are:
- proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining drive and focus
- capable of managing projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
- highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- a natural problem solver who collaborates seamlessly with individuals and teams
- demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed
