Purpose & Scope of The Position:

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing meeting rooms, company vehicles, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building and/or company property as directed.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned areas.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Remove garbage as needed.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Willingness to perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of KGHM
• Follow safe work procedures and best practices.

Required Education, Work Experience & Training:

• A valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Capacity to take direction.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Education, Work Experience & Training:

• Previous janitorial experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to meet the required physical demands, including exerting 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 pounds of force constantly.
