THE JOB:

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will lead daily operations while being the friendly face that sets the tone for every guest's experience. With your warm hospitality and attention to detail, you'll create personalized, memorable moments that go far beyond the meal. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Create daily shift plans to ensure proper station coverage and rotation

• Oversee dining room service during operating hours

• Handle employee evaluations and track attendance issues

• Coordinate with the Chef on food service and menu updates

• Communicate with team and management to address guest and staff needs

• Order supplies and submit purchase requests as needed

• Keep inventory and stock areas organized and updated

• Check food quality and freshness from support departments

• Work directly with guests on special requests and large party bookings

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$44,141.68 - $60,529.70

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
