Receptionist II
Location: Houston, TX
Job Responsibilities:
Manage switchboard operations at our client's corporate office, ensuring calls are directed correctly.
Welcome, register, and assist visitors.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions.
Issue parking validations for visitors and employees, and maintain a parking log.
Uphold HR and company confidentiality.
Perform various other administrative duties for the HR Department.
Skills Required:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to engage professionally with customers, vendors, and the public, both verbally and in writing.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask, and adapt to various workplace situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.
Experience in a customer-oriented environment is preferred.
