Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a CONCIERGE / Waiting Room Attendant to join our staff in the Emergency department! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has itsmunity covered!
About the area: Bolivar is located in the Ozarks with a hometown feel and affordable housing options of rentals or apartments. Enjoy a movie, round of golf or a college game with family or friends and grab a coffee or meal from an array of shops and restaurants! Springfield is only 40 minutes away with Battlefield Mall, Big Shots golf, Wonders of Wildlife, Urban Air and many other family attractions and restaurants to visit. Only an hour away is Branson, which includes many shows to see, Silver Dollar City and shopping!
About the department: The Emergency Department at CMH is a 12-bed unit with three designated trauma beds, designated OB/GYN, cardiac and obstetric rooms and eight medical beds. We serve as the closest hospital to Polk County and six surrounding counties in our service area.
CMH Emergency department Concierges strive to improve customer satisfaction with cares and services received while being seen in our Emergency department.
A typical day will include: CONCIERGE / Waiting Room Attendant strives to improve customer satisfaction with cares and services received while being seen in our Emergency department.
Improving patient and family satisfaction with CMH services provided through purposeful interaction and advocacy.
Solving customer problems and concerns,municating customer needs to all levels of management.
Rounding on patients while in the waiting room, relaying information to Triage RN, Charge RN or Director as needed.
Job Requirements:
Education: HS diploma
Experience: 1 year of customer service
Skills:anization, able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Physical: ability to work standing or being mobile for the majority of the scheduled shift.
