Housekeeper ( Full-Time) Division: Domestic / Private Household Ref ID: R435931863 Location: Singer Island (Riviera Beach, FL 33404) Hourly Rate: $35 - $40 per hour (commensurate with experience and skillset) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, paid time off (PTO), sick days, and more Job Summary: A private family residing in Singer Island (Riviera Beach, FL) is seeking an experienced and meticulous Housekeeper / Cook to oversee the care and maintenance of their private residence. The ideal candidate will have a background working in a formal private home environment, demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, and be comfortable preparing light meals for the family. Key Responsibilities: Perform full-charge housekeeping, ensuring museum-quality cleaning and upkeep throughout the residence Manage laundry and ironing for clothing and linens, including care for fine garments Assist with travel packing and unpacking Care for fine furnishings, antiques, and artwork, including dusting and detailed maintenance Maintain and organize household inventory, including closets, pantries, and cabinets Handle silver care and polishing Execute special requests, errands, and additional tasks as needed Prepare light meals for the family as requested Provide exceptional service to the principals and their guests Conduct house checks on weekends when the family is away, including occasional overnight house-sitting as required Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a private household Highest level of confidentiality and discretion Proficiency with technology, including computers and smartphones Outstanding references from current and previous employers Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a household team Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Professional, polished, and poised demeanor at all times Strong work ethic, high energy, and hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Valid U.S. work authorization Valid driver's license SSIN456 SOCIETY STAFFING 379 West Broadway, 2nd Floor New York, NY 10012 Agency DCA License #2008231 www.societystaffing.com
