Housekeeping Supervisor Discovery Rehabilitation & Living 600 Shanafelt Street, Salmon, ID 83467 Housekeeper/Laundry Supervisor - Full Time Pay: $17.00/hr + depending on experience ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Discovery Rehabilitation & Living Position Summary: To assist in the management and direction of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality is maintained at all times. This position also exhibits a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values CAPLICO - Customer Second, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Intelligent Risk taking, Celebration, Ownership ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of housekeeping/laundry personnel, make rounds to ensure personnel perform work assignments, ensure new employees are properly trained, develop work assignments and schedules, determines staffing levels to meet the needs of the facility, ensures that sufficient number of employees are scheduled to meet the daily cleaning needs of each resident room and the facility, ensure that adequate stock levels of supplies and equipment are maintained, ensure that equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of the shift. * Clean and sanitizes resident rooms and common areas, vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop floors, sanitize bed frames and mattresses, clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops, replenish toiletries and towels and stock supplies, empty trash receptacles, ordering supplies, buffing, waxing floors. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
