Position will be posted for 2 weeks Hours: Average of 20-25 hours per week JOB SUMMARY: As the Housekeeping Assistant, you will perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to: Standard weekly and seasonal cleaning and laundering Resetting rooms/houses during customer visits Thorough cleaning and laundering after customer visits Frequent meal preparation and occasional baking Other housekeeping duties at all Coldspring guest houses in Minnesota Occasional meetings set up and clean up, sometimes at off-site locations REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Attention to detail; ensuring all houses are thoroughly cared for and inspected according to Coldspring standards Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance and safety Maintain confidentiality and integrity Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and equipment, techniques, and methods Must be a reliable team player Must be customer-oriented and friendly Good listening and communication skills Must be able to adapt to any situation Creative in planning and organizing Must have high energy, physical stamina, and mobility Knowledge of the English language Must pass a background check PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Previous housekeeping experience preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS Will have exposure to outdoor and indoor elements Climbing of steps Ability to lift, push and/or pull required load (average 30 lbs) EDUCATION A High School diploma or equivalent is required MAKE YOUR MARK AND MAKE IT LAST If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, or are limited in the ability or unable to access or use this online application process and need an alternative method for applying, please call or text Karissa Lintgen at ... or email Karissa at ... for assistance.
