About the Wait Staff position

We are seeking a dedicated and vibrant wait staff to join our company. This position is for EVENING/DINNER shift. You should be able to work quickly, answer customer queries and take and deliver orders. You should possess a polite and charismatic character.

Wait Staff responsibilities are:

Providing customers with menus

Focusing on guests during service hours

Greeting guests and presenting menus

Making suggestions based on guest preferences

Taking and serving food/drinks orders

Arranging table settings

Keeping tables clean and tidy at all times

Delivering checks and collecting payments

Cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff

Adhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Wait Staff requirements are:

+ Experience as a wait staff/server

+ Good charismatic character

+ Customer friendly

+ Able to take and deliver orders efficiently/quickly

+ Good problem-solving skills

** Must be able to help with Banquet events when needed

** Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
