What Youll Do:
As a Lead Line Cook, youll play a critical role in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring a seamless, efficient kitchen operation. Youll work closely with our Chef and kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes that reflect both precision and passion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and executing menu items to exact standards and recipes
Leading and collaborating with line cooks to ensure service efficiency
Upholding a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Receiving, storing, and rotating inventory
Supporting kitchen leadership in daily prep and execution
Maintaining excellent communication with the kitchen and FOH teams
