Job Description
Servers provide personalized service by warmly welcoming guests, providing knowledge of menus with ease for guests to place beverage and food orders. Servers engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure dining satisfaction. Additionally, while guests are under our care we ask our staff to maintain a clean environment for guests. With attentive care, they create memorable dining experiences, fostering an atmosphere leaving guests eager to return.
Requirements + Certifications:
- Be on time, ready to work
- Positive team player mentality
- Maintaining standards + R.A.M.P and/or ServSafe Certified
Qualifications:
- Requires strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with our restaurant's mission, software, menu details, and venue layout is essential.
- Willingness to stand for long periods of time
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Scheduling:
- Involves constant public contact. Work environment is subject to varying levels of high energy, loud noise, crowds and pace, which depends upon guest volume.
- Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays , Work may be performed in small areas, inside or outside throughout the year, varying conditions of temperature, lighting and air quality.
