- Proven kitchen leadership experience
- Passion for Greek/Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lead, train, and inspire kitchen teams
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality
- ServSafe certification preferred
