The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in food and beverage areas within the hotel including F&B outlets and events. This leadership role plays an instrumental role in rebranding and establishing a strong foundation during our transformation; enhancing our three new F&B venues.
Responsibilities may include\:
· Scheduling staff and managing day to day Food and Beverage operations
· Ensure effective training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of colleagues
· Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
· Assist with developing and implementing creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
· Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures
· Work with Director of Outlets and the Events team to coordinate special events in the Food & Beverage Outlets.

· 2+ years prior F&B Leadership experience preferred
· Refined written and verbal communication skills
· Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
· Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
· Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
· This position must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
