Sanitation Worker

We are currently hiring for Sanitation Workers! Based on our career development plan, there are two different position levels available based on experience. Below is a brief summary of each level and the requirements:

Sanitation Worker I

• Starting Salary - $35,401.60
• Requirements - any combination of education and experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED

Sanitation Worker II

• Starting Salary - $39,000.00
• Requirements - all requirements stated for Sanitation Worker I with possession of a valid driver's license

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick up refuse cans from houses or business establishments and dump into trucks
• Clean area around cans
• Direct traffic and guide truck operator in congested areas
• Clean refuse truck and equipment
• Other duties as assigned
