We are seeking a Part Time Event Coordinaotr for a nonprofit in the Franklin area. In this role the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the goals by coordinating and executing high-quality public events and organizational meetings. Working closely with the Executive Director, staff, and volunteers, this individual will ensure seamless event logistics and contribute to the organization's efficient operations. Responsibilities

In this position your responsibilities will include:

    • Work with the Executive Director, other staff, and volunteer committee chairs to schedule organization-sponsored events, Board meetings, and committee meetings.
    • Coordinate and supervise all event logistics, including:
      • Management of online registration platforms.
      • Development and distribution of invitations and attendee lists.
      • Arrangement of equipment and audiovisual needs.
      • General logistical support and on-site event set-up.
      • Coordination with sponsors and contributors to ensure recognition efforts meet commitments.
      • Support for speakers and presenters.
      • Arrangement of refreshments.
      • Coordination of post-event communication and evaluation.
  • Administrative Support (as it relates to events):
    • Create and maintain online registration tools.
    • Provide on-site set-up coordination and execution, working with volunteers and key staff.
    • Perform data entry and working in Excel as it relates to event attendees and communications.
