What Were Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a line cook in a busy kitchen

Proficient in griddle, fryer, and both cold and hot table operations

Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and dependable

Ability to work well under pressure and handle a demanding menu

What Youll Do:

Prepare food items according to the menu, ensuring consistency and quality

Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work station

Assist in prepping ingredients and supporting kitchen operations

Clean dishes and kitchen equipment as needed

Assist in maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment
