300 East Seventeenth Apartments is hiring a Groundskeeper to join our 411-unit community in Denver!
The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, upkeep and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community.
Responsibilities include: Cleaning common areas, laundry rooms, light maintenance work, and assisting with preparing apartments for new residents including jobs such as cleaning apartments for move-ins.
Requirements: 1-2 years of grounds-keeping/maintenance experience
