Your Role as a Crew Team Member

As a vital part of our restaurant team, youll help create an exceptional experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the experience Engage with guests to ensure theyre having a great visit
• Serving with a smile Assist customers with ordering and provide menu suggestions
• Preparing quality food Cook and present delicious McDonalds menu items
• Maintaining our standards Help keep the restaurant clean, welcoming, and well-organized
