Groundskeeper/Custodian

AMLI Residential is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team at our luxury apartment community in Pasadena! Enjoy a stable, day-shift schedule (40 hours per week, no nights!) while helping us maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our property.

What Youll Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces daily (including raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed).

• Inspect and replace exterior lighting as necessary.

• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are fresh and odor-free.

• Regularly clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.

• Maintain the swimming pool, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and cleanliness.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: At least one year of custodial or cleaning experience.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs .

• Attention to Detail: Self-motivated and able to work independently to keep the property looking its best.

AMLI Residential esta contratando un Groundskeeper para nuestra comunidad de apartamentos de lujo en Pasadena . Esta es una excelente oportunidad para trabajar en un ambiente estable, con horario diurno de 40 horas por semana (sin turnos de noche!) mientras ayudas a mantener la belleza y limpieza de nuestra propiedad.

Responsabilidades:

• Mantener limpias las areas comunes, amenidades y espacios al aire libre diariamente (incluyendo rastrillar, barrer y palear segun sea necesario).

• Inspeccionar y reemplazar la iluminacion exterior segun sea necesario.

• Preparar las unidades vacantes para nuevos residentes, asegurando que esten frescas y sin olores.

• Limpiar regularmente la oficina de arrendamiento, areas de recreacion, lavanderia y otros espacios compartidos.

• Mantener la piscina, el equipo y la calidad del agua para garantizar la seguridad y limpieza.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia: Minimo un ano en limpieza o mantenimiento.

• Capacidad fisica: Poder levantar, empujar y jalar hasta 50 lbs .

• Atencion al detalle: Capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente y mantener la propiedad en excelentes condiciones.
