Employment type: full-time (Available on weekends)

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Hostess with customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all Guest.

Bilingual

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience:

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service etiquette and standards
- Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is advantageous
- Ability to effectively communicate and assist guests with their needs
- Positive attitude and willingness to help ensure guest satisfaction
