The Buck Tavern is a neighborhood bar with a loyal local following, a solid cocktail game, and a tight-knit team. We're currently on the hunt for experienced Staff who bring hustle, heart, and great energy behind the bar.

What We're Looking For:

• Service-oriented and guest-focused
• Calm and organized under pressure
• Strong knowledge of beer, spirits, and classic cocktails
• Comfortable managing high-volume shifts solo or with a team
• Reliable, proactive, and team-minded
• A self-starter who works well solo and as part of a team

Bonus Points If You:

• Can create seasonal cocktails
• Have wine and food pairing knowledge
• Are interested in growing into a lead or management role

Ideal Candidates:

• Weekend and evening availability
• Valid CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
• 1 year experience in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed and learn multiple roles
