Seeking apartment remodeling/maintenance worker

****Up to 50 hours per week offered. You are expected to help rehabilitate several units per week with a team.****

Looking for a hard working and honest individual to work at an apartment complex and nearby properties. Must be experienced with remodeling, landscaping and plumbing. You need to have a reliable pick up to carry tools and other items between job sites. Please do not reach out unless you have experience and have a truck. If you do not have a valid form of government issued ID, you will not be hired. You will be tested for your claimed knowledge!

Non-smoker, drinking or drugs.

Must have a reliable pickup truck and live close by. Can live on-site with all utilities and bills paid.

Can work part time or full time with flexible work schedule.
