Job Title: Cleaner/Laborer Urgently Hiring
Pay: $16 - $17/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Cleaner for a full-time position for our client, a well-established, family-owned cleaning and mitigation company located in Hampden, ME . The Cleaner will be responsible for residential and commercial cleaning projects, including mitigation tasks and basic restoration. The Cleaner will work closely with a team lead each day, and success in this role means showing up reliably, working hard, and maintaining a strong attention to detail on every job. This is a long-term opportunity located in Hampden, Maine, with room for growth and consistent work.

As a Cleaner , you will be responsible for:

• Performing residential and commercial cleaning and mitigation services

• Completing detailed paperwork and documenting tasks

• Loading and unloading supplies and equipment for job sites

• Maintaining a clean and organized company vehicle

• Following compliance standards and all company policies

• Participating in an on-call rotation (every 6 weeks, paid $40/day)

• Occasionally traveling to jobs 45 hours away (overnight stays possible with advance notice)

• Completing cleaning projects under time constraints while maintaining high quality

• Using QuickBooks Time app to punch in and out accurately

• Safely using ladders, step stools, and working in elevated or confined spaces

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning or mitigation

• Excellent cleaning skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and time management skills

• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Comfort with physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, and travel when needed

• Mitigation experience (preferred)
