Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Post-Construction Cleaning : Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties after construction, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Power Washing : Utilize a power washer to clean exterior surfaces, including driveways, patios, and siding, ensuring a pristine finish.
• Debris Removal : Remove construction debris, including scraps, packaging, and other materials left behind.
• Detail Work : Pay close attention to detail, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction cleaning or a related field is preferred.
• Must own a power washer and have experience using it effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in varying weather condition
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
