- Communication: The agent will handle guest interactions by answering phone calls and emails.
- Problem Resolution: A key responsibility is addressing and resolving any guest requests or complaints.
- Financial Duties: The role involves handling money.
- Group and Event Support: The agent will now also be responsible for assisting with hotel groups and events, which could involve tasks like coordinating group check-ins, providing information to event attendees, or supporting event logistics from the front desk.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Previous hotel experience is preferred.
- Personality: The candidate should be outgoing and personable.
- Skills: Great communication skills are essential. The ability to handle money accurately is also required.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times is expected.
Availability:
7am -3pm
3pm- 11pm
